Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel your order within 7 days without giving any reason. The deadline for canceling an order is 7 days from the date you received the goods or when a third party you have appointed (other than the carrier) takes possession of the product.

How to Cancel an Order

Refund Process

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the date we receive the returned goods. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for your purchase. You will not incur any fees for this reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• The product was purchased within the last 7 days.

• The product is in its original packaging.

Non-returnable items include:

• Custom-made or personalized products.

• Products that deteriorate rapidly or have exceeded their expiry date.

• Products that are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery.

• Products inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of products that do not meet the above conditions.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. We recommend using an insured and trackable delivery service, as we are not responsible for any damage or loss during return shipment. Refunds will be processed only upon receipt of the returned goods.

Damaged Products

If your product is damaged upon arrival, we will accept the return and provide a refund within 15 days from receiving the damaged product.

Gift Returns

If the goods were marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once we receive the returned product, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the goods were not marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.
